Yesterday we had the pleasure of participating in the Chinese Lantern Festival at Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens in Charlotte, NC!

Han Lu, the woodblock printer, demonstrated how to create a woodblock print and showed off his incredible prints!. Visitors are welcome to make their own. The print pictured below is of the money God. Looking for good luck and wealth? We suggest hanging this in your home.

Cindy Cui is a multi-talented artist. Other than shadow puppetry, she plays the instrument, GuZheng. She has practiced all her life and creates melodic music that adds to the Chinese experience in the gardens. Everyone enjoys asking about her skills and seeing this speciality instrument.

Stay tuned for more incredible exhibits in the Charlotte area and around the U.S by following us on FB, IG and Twitter!
